Eel River Banquet Hall

Step into the expansive Eel River Banquet Hall, where lofty ceilings and a modern industrial design are balanced by polished details to create a versatile, professional atmosphere. The hall accommodates up to 300 guests on the main floor, with an additional 100 seats available in the upstairs gallery, making it ideal for conferences, company celebrations, or networking events. With a built-in custom bar, ample space for staging or AV equipment, and the flexibility to tailor layouts to your needs, the Eel River Banquet Hall provides the perfect backdrop for productive and memorable corporate gatherings.

    • Rental includes access to Eel River Banquet Hall, The Gallery, Parkside Rooftop and Riverfront Canopy

    • Tables and chairs for up to 300 guests (includes setup/teardown)

    • On-site venue liaison for basic assistance, trash removal, etc.

    • Up to two 60 minute planning sessions if needed

The Riverside Lounge: For Smaller Events

The Riverside Lounge offers an adaptable setting for smaller gatherings, accommodating up to 65 guests with standard table and chair arrangements. This functional space includes access to a large screen TV on a stand for presentations or media display. Clients benefit from the support of an on-site venue liaison for essential services, and a dedicated 60-minute planning session is provided to ensure event coordination. Furthermore, linen rentals are available to enhance the aesthetic of your event.

FAQs

  • The only smaller space available for standalone rental is the Riverside Lounge. The Turquoise Room and Bourbon Room spaces can be added onto your rental of our premier space, the Eel River Banquet Hall.

  • Vibrant Events Catering is our in-house, preferred caterer. If you choose another caterer, they must be a licensed, insured and certified catering company and must be approved by us before signing your contract with them.

  • Yes! We offer The Riverside Lounge as a smaller, more affordable space to host your meeting or event.

  • The Turquoise Room & Bourbon Room must be accessed through the Eel River Banquet Hall. All guests enter through the main doors and proceed through the main space to either use the stairs or access the hallway leading them to the smaller spaces. The Turquoise Room does have a private, separate access door to the outside but must be accessed through the main hall initially.

  • The Riverside Canopy and Parkside Rooftop are only available to those who rent the Eel River Banquet Hall space.
