+ What is the maximum capacity?

• Eel River Banquet Hall (Main Floor): Up to 300 seated guests

• Upstairs Gallery (Mezzanine): Up to 100 seated guests

• Combined Banquet Hall + Gallery: Up to 460 seated guests total

• Riverside Canopy (Covered Outdoor Patio): Up to 290 standing guests

• Parkside Rooftop: Up to 150 standing guests

• Full Standing-Room Events (Entire Venue): Up to 800 guests

+Do you allow outside caterers?

Yes, however, Vibrant Events Catering is our in-house, preferred caterer and offers a seamless, full-service experience.

If you choose another caterer, they must be a licensed, insured and certified catering company and must be approved by us before signing your contract with them.

+Can I bring my own drinks?

No. Unfortunately, due to liability reasons, we do not allow outside liquor to be brought into the venue. Drink & bar packages are available through Vibrant Events Catering.

+When is the final balance due?

Your final balance will be due 60 days prior to your event.

+What is required to reserve the event date?

To reserve your date, you must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the total package price. The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to your event.

+Do you have onsite parking?

Yes, there is ample, paved parking at the venue.

+Do you have overnight accommodations?

Unfortunately, we do not have overnight accommodations onsite. However, our team is happy to provide recommendations for nearby lodging options for you and your guests. Please contact your onsite venue coordinator as soon as possible for assistance.

+Is there a clean-up fee?

No, there are no additional fees for setup, breakdown, or cleanup of your event. You will be required to provide a $500 damage deposit check prior to your event. Any damage will be taken from this deposit. In the event of no damage, your check will be returned or destroyed.

+Do you have preferred vendors?

Yes, Vibrant Events Catering is our onsite, preferred caterer. We also offer a recommended vendor packet.
