+ What is the maximum capacity?

The venue can accommodate up to 460 seated guests for an event. Maximum occupancy allows for over 800 guests but space restrictions do not allow a seat for over 460 guests.

+Do you allow outside caterers?

Yes, we do. Vibrant Events Catering is the in-house preferred caterer. If you choose another caterer, they must be a licensed, insured and certified catering company and must be approved by us before signing your contract with them.

+Can I bring my own drinks?

No. Unfortunately, due to liability reasons, we do not allow outside liquor to be brought into the venue. Drinks can be provided by Vibrant Events Catering.

+When is the final balance due?

Your final balance will be due 60 days prior to your event.

+What is required to reserve the event date?

To reserve your date, you must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the total package price. The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to your event.

+Do you have onsite parking?

Yes, there is ample, paved parking at the venue.

+How much is additional time?

If you want to add additional hours to your venue rental, those can be added to your invoice at a rate of $250 per hour, upon availability. Due to location and noise ordinances, additional hours may not be added past 10:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8:00 pm on Sunday.

+Do you have overnight accommodations?

Unfortunately, we do not have overnight accommodations. We can help you find suitable accommodations for you and your guests. Please contact your onsite venue coordinator as soon as possible for assistance.

+Is there a clean-up fee?

No, there are no additional fees for setup, breakdown, or cleanup of your event. You will be required to provide a $500 damage deposit check prior to your event. Any damage will be taken from this deposit. In the event of no damage, your check will be returned or destroyed.

+Do you have preferred vendors?

Yes, Vibrant Events Catering is our onsite, preferred caterer. We also offer a recommended vendor packet.
