Envision this remarkable space transformed to reflect your unique style, adorned with your chosen custom linen hues and exquisite florals, ensuring a truly personalized and unforgettable wedding day.

    • Tables and chairs for up to 300 seated guests (includes setup/teardown)

    • On-site venue liaison for basic assistance, trash removal, etc.

    • 2 - (60 minute) planning sessions if needed

Riverside Canopy

    • Included only as part of your Eel River Banquet Hall rental

    • Space is a covered outdoor patio perfect for your outdoor event overlooking the beautiful Eel River

    • Space can accommodate up to 290 standing guests

    • Tables and chairs should be rented separately for this space

Parkside Rooftop

    • Included only as part of your Eel River Banquet Hall rental

    • Space is an elevated outdoor area accessible through the mezzanine (stair access only) or outside stairs

    • Rooftop can accommodate up to 150 standing guests

For Use with the Eel River Banquet Hall

    • Rental available with Eel River Banquet Hall booking only

    • Stations for 4 to prep for your special event with additional hi/low chair for a great place to get your hair done!

    • Built-in ice sink to keep your bubbly chilled

    • Additional drink cooler to store all of your beverages

    • Access to outside without going through the venue

    • This room can also be rented for additional storage during your event

  • The Eel River Banquet Hall can seat up to 300 comfortably, and when adding the gallery space, you can seat an additional 100 people, bringing the grand total to 400. For additional standing room, we offer the Riverfront Canopy and Parkside Rooftop for the enjoyment of your guests.

  • Vibrant Events Catering is our in-house, preferred caterer. If you choose another caterer, they must be a licensed, insured and certified catering company and must be approved by us before signing your contract with them.

  • Unfortunately, due to liability reasons, we do not allow outside alcohol to be brought into the venue.

  • Yes! Vibrant Events Catering is our onsite, preferred caterer. We can also provide referrals for other vendors to help you plan and execute your special day.

  • While your rental comes with an event liaison that is onsite during your event, this individual is not a wedding coordinator. We can provide referrals for individuals to help you plan and execute your special day should you choose to go that route.
